I am a football junkie and I love design and high end fashion brands so you know I got a little hype when I started seeing these images popping up on Tumblr and Insta. I dug a little deeper and found out that they're the brainchild of a artistst called Mbroidered. I immediately became a fan!
I can give you a breakdown of these jerseys but if you read this blog on the reg then you don't need me to and it would an insult to your intellegence.
I was at the radio show when my guy hit me up and said he got my grails by some miracle or some shit. You know I had to cop! Deadstock OG 1998 Nike Air Pillar TL...the holy grail for Cape Town sneakerheads! Not bad for a 17 year old shoe.
Scooped these this weekend. I've said in the past that Jordan V is my bad luck sneaker as I have had all my V's stolen out of my house in the past. Let's hope the "Metallics" stay put.
Also, I love cartoons so when my secret Vans "goldmine in the trap" dealer had these kids samples I had to cop. Will make a bomb ass addition to my desk.
As part of Nike’s Air Max Day festivities, the Oregon sportswear leviathan commissioned Paris-based illustrator Yué Wu for an animated short turning back the clock on the brand’s iconic sneaker line. Wu’s distinctive illustrations bring the historic series to life with vivid renditions of the line’s most iconic models, alongside some of the many overlooked Air Max models – can you spot the Air Max BW and Air Max 2 Light amongst the familiar faces?
Nike also shot a short video highlighting Wu’s creative process, which can be seen below.
If you're reading this and call yourself a sneakerhead but have no clue about this shoe, then I cant respect your opinion on sneakers....and yes we all know its an Air Force 1 so that answer dont mean shit.
