The advert for my favourite sneaker of all time. I wish we get these type of ads on South African television as it would do wonders for sneaker culture in SA. Instead we get bum ass rappers on MTV Base in a pair of dunks that he bought at Sportscene talkin' bout "Im a sneaker head"....embarassing!
Take a superior design and add superiour brand heritage then mix in with a simple concept and excellent execution and garnish with a bit of humour...this equals the recipe of a classic and iconic piece of work that extends itself far beyond its initial brief of just being an sneaker advertisement but instead positions itself as a piece of art along side the sneaker itself.
